Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)/Massage

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a method of stretching that involves holding each stretch for only a short duration, typically 1.5 to 2 seconds, and then releasing it. This process is repeated multiple times for each muscle group. Combining AIS and massage can be very effective: Massage helps by relaxing tight muscles, increasing blood flow, and breaking down adhesions in the soft tissues. This combination can improve overall muscle function, reduce the risk of injury, and aid in faster recovery from exercise or injury.

1 session $160, one hour of stretching followed by one hour of massage
